3/25/08 You're doing great, and developing some good strength and agility. Today, we'll do some pretty hard development of muscle systems, then try to get over to the track and do some learning about field events.
3/21/08 I know that doing some relays and playing hook-up tag doesn't seem like a workout, but look at how much sprinting you had to do to keep away from each other! 3/20/08 We've had a great three days, with some soreness, some tiredness and a lot of fun! Make sure you're taking care of yourselves with lots of water and massage. I'll have some changes to make to the schedule, so don't print it and put it on your fridge just yet!
We just finished our first trip to the cemetery and it was a lot of fun! You pushed hard and did a great job! And thanks for joining me for some hot cocoa!
3/10/08 Mr. Reser and I have both been sick, so we're trying to get pumped up. We'll have our parents' meeting tomorrow, then a team meeting on Wednesday. Regardless of how we feel, we're gonna have a great season!
