09/13/06 Went down to the health department and had an interview it went really well and i will start on friday.
9/15/06 I filled out some papers and filed some charts and some food cards Also they showed me around a little and told me some of the things i would be doing/using.
9/18/06 They told me about a project that they would like me to do. I will be working on a board that will inform teens about mental illness that effect their age range. Also it will be for the mothers of these teens.
9/20/06 I did not go we had no school due to conferences.
9/22/06 worked on project and got a good piece of it done.
9/25/06 Still working on my project almost half way done. Looking really good. Also i filed some charts.
9/27/06 Worked on project still almost done. Also i went through there passed due immunized shots cards and i will call those people next time.
9/29/06 I still working on my project, i only have one more flyer to do and the banner. . The flyer i have to do is on bi polar. I also called the people that were passed due on immunized shots.
10/2/06 I'm still working on my project, and its coming along greatly. The flyers i have are body image, tips about body image, depression, and eating disorders. i also had a visit from mr moore.
10/4/06 Now the only thing left to do on my project is the banner and the had out that has our local info on it. I should be finished the next time i go.
10/6/06 Didn't go because of homecoming things
10/9/06 We and finished my project I have to now is print it out and put it all together. I also helped them put the halloween decorations up.
10/11/06 Didn't go because i was sick.
10/13/06 Worked on my project,did the finishing touches. I printed a rough out to go over it. I also sat on a meeting about flu shots.
10/16/06 I fixed my mistakes on my project. I now have to start putting it up tomorrow.
10/18/06 Did not go because of PSAT
10/20/06 I helped them to set up for their Health Fair. I stapled some packets together, and copied some other papers.
10/23/06 I did some filing, and i copied some papers for their health fair.
10/25/06 I went down to the senior center with them and helped with the Health Fair. I helped them set up, i copied the peoples cards that they did not have on record, and handed out papers.
10/27/06 I filed some of our charts, and food cards.
10/30/06 Filed some more charts, and laminated my project. Next time Ii will probably start to put it up.
11/1/06 I finished my project. Its up and looking great.
11/3/06 Fixed my project and took down halloween decorations
11/6/06 Filed papers, and put some papers together.
11/8/06 Had a meeting, and I started an awareness flyers. It's to tell people about temp. control.
11/10/06 NO SCHOOL.
11/13/06 Finished the awareness flyer.
11/15/06 Filed, and made copies of my flyer.
11/17/06 Give out a few flyers to business around town.
11/20/06 Filed and work on another project.
11/22/06 No school
11/24/06 No school
11/27/06 Filed and worked on project
11/29/06 Made some charts up.
12/1/06 Work on another project and filed, called people for pass due 2nd flu shots.
12/4/06 Filed and worked on project.
12/6/06 Filed charts. worked on project, file food cards
12/8/06 Went to a funeral
12/11/06 Made up some new charts
12/13/06 Made up some new folders.
12/15/06 I didn't go I was sick
12/18/06 I combined some charts, put up decorations, and work on a project.

1/3/07 I filed and put some files in a box and then took down some decorations.

1/12/07 Filed and finished ordering things.
1/17/07 Took some pictures for project.
1/19/07 I filed and we hand a little going away thing at the end
