Summer Plans and TrainingThe basic goal of training throughout the summer is to get train your body to run, then run, then run some more. Your goal is NOT to start out running as much as possible, then keep adding on miles until you collapse! Overtraining is just one of the most common errors committed by people who are getting started in running.
