What was the hardest thing about college?

Homework, if you had a job you would work and then do homework and it was hard to do all of them.

How did you choose these Colleges?

My first I wanted to go to BYU and didn’t get accepted so I still wanted to be close to my husband who was going to BYU so I went to the next best thing Utah Valley State College. I always wanted to go to BYU it is a good school so that is where I went next. Then I went to Eastern because it was close to home and it had a good program for what I was studying.

What was your worse mistake about College that is affecting you now or will affect you later?

Taking out to many student loans and now I will be indebt for a long time.

What advice would you give to a freshman planning on going to college?

Besides don’t take out to many students loans do not take more credits than you can handle. If you over load you might get not such a great grade in one class and it will affect you in getting scholarships and stuff in order to go to college.

Did you get many scholarships?

No I got one but I didn’t apply to many and my parents made way too much. But while I was in college I got grants for being an undergraduate.
