Labor union- An organization that is formed specifically to represent the workers

Collective Bargaining- The comming together of labor union members and thier bosses, or management, to negotiate a contract

Strike- The contract that runs out before a new agreement is reached.

Arbitration- Submitting tge disagreement or differences to a third party who acts as a kind of judge.

Mediator- Somone who listens to bolth sides and then suggests what the provisions of the contors judgmenton the contrast.
