Culture:As I arrived at my Intern there was a very distinct climate. People seemed to be very friendly and laid back. The attitudes of these people were great! The interaction between people was very good and everyone seem to get along very well!

Skills observed: In order to achieve some of these skills I will need to pay attention and watch closely! The skills that are required for this job is friendliness to the customers and know how to make one feel relaxed within there inner self.

Purpose: Day Escape Spa was created for everyone's needs to relax and retrieve themselves. I think that they are out to make a profit but they are out to help people get relaxed and make people happy.

Organization: Day Escape Spa's leader is Adrienne my mentor her and her husband owns the shop and takes care of the place. Jenn, Maura, and Bridget work for Adrienne cutting hair , giving massages, and facials.
