Journal Entry #1: January 26th, 2007

Today is our 4th day in intrernship class and I am feeling pretty excited to get started on my internship. I am going to try to intern at the Day and Escape Spa or Creative desighns making appointments for people and just helping out. It should be pretty interesting. My last couple of days in Internship I have been working on my web site putting cool backgrounds and stuff on it.

Journal Entry #2:

I have now been in my internship 3 times and enjoy it very much. I take the phone calls and make appointments for people. I also help clean up the salon and ring out towels for facials. It is a very fun internship and it’s nice to get a taste of the salon life! I have to help people with what they need such as face washes and moisturizers. The salon life is very relaxing and its fits me very well!

Journal Entry #3: Febuary 22, 2007

We have now been in Internship class for a month. The best thing about my Internship so far is ... the relaxazion part of a spa. I love just getting out of school to go to a relaxing place for awhile.All I really do is answer the phone and make appointments for people.Yesterday I learned how to make a bed for a facial.I do have a question I would like to ask, but I think I can figure it out on my own.

Journal Entry #4: March 15th, 2007

My internship is going very well.. I do alot of stuff in there such as answering the phone, dusting, and making the facial beds. I like to be down there but I probably wouldnt consider it for a futre career. I want to be a wedding planner and this is kind of far from what I want to do! But for now this will do and while im doing it I am enjoying it.
