Please tell me a little about yourself?

I own my own Restaurant for 25 years. Then I went to work for a Whole Sales Distributor in Seattle . In sale groceries to other grocery stores. Then I worked as a Manager with a chain of 26 stores. Developing new products and producers and then they moved to Dayton and remodeled the Building their at now

 

What is a typical day for a while at work ?

We start at 4:00 a.m. cooking. They make everything from scratch in the Afternoon from 4 to 2 there Producing and doing the paperwork. And then we close at five

 

What are your main duties and responsibilities ?

I take care of the deli side so I buy and make all of the things for the Gift shop. I do books and Hire the staff
