Culture. The basic atmosphere of Napa is very comfortable to me because i am surrounded by parts. I am so comfortable being surrounded by parts because I am a mechanic. Its what I do. I love nothing better than working on a car or a truck, especially a truck.

Skills Observed. I have observed very important skillls to working at Napa. I have learned from my mentor that it is not enough to know the part but to know that there are so many different styles or brands of the same part that you need to know the skill of being able to read part numbers.
