What is the climate or atmosphere of your organization? What does it feel like to be there? Are people happy to be working at your site? Are you happy?

The atmosphere at the Vet. Clinic is pretty relaxed. Everyone is friendly and are willing to help. I feel very comfortable being there. Everyone is happy to be there myself included. The clinic is a good environment and I learn something new almost every day.
Skill Observed:

What employees skill have you observed? How did people acquire these skills? How important is training to the job? What abilities seem to be demonstrated?

At the clinic you have to be able to do a number of things. But one of the most important of them is being able to communicate with people. Also you have to be able to work with animals all types of animals because you don’t know what’s going to show up. People are different some acquire these skills over time and others are born with them. Job training is very important, because you do not want to make a mistake. It could cause a health issue. A lot of abilities are demonstrated. To name a couple: patient and understanding. You have to have these or you could not do the job.
Purpose:

Some companies are private; others are public. Some companies are created to make a profit; others are designed to provide a social service. Every organization has purpose for their existence. What is your organization’s purpose?

The purpose of the Vet. Clinic is to see to animal care, mentally and physically.
Organization:

Every company has a different organizational structure. Some companies have presidents, chief executive officers, treasurers and other administrative positions. Some companies have divisions; others have units, departments, or offices. How is your company organized?

Boss(es): higher management & decision makers. Technicians: middle management, decision input. Receptionist: middle management, decision input. Kennel/Cleaning: decision input.
